General Sales Conditions
- All our prices are inclusive of VAT and Service
- Tourist tax: 1.50 € per person, per day, not included
- Rooms are available from 3 pm
- On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11 am
- Bookings must be guaranteed by the payment of a deposit equivalent to the first night of the stay
- The HOTEL accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners
- Cancellation policy: from nov 1st to mai 14, free of charge up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, from may 15 to oct 31 free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, unless subject to special conditions mentioned in our booking e-mail or letter, finalised by the confirmation document.
- For all bookings with "non refundable" tarifs the hotel charges the full amount at the reservation.
- In the case of a no-show on the day of arrival, your credit card will be debited for the total amount of the stay.
Stays which have been started must be paid in full to the HOTEL La Place. - The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L.121-21-8 12 of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The conditions of sale of the booked rate specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
